Men are known not to pursue a committed relationship too quickly. It takes time and space to get a man committed. Not childish jealousy games that many women play. If you want your man to commit to you, then take some steps. You have to start showing him why he should commit to you. Remember that you can’t make that choice for him he has to. But here is how you can raise the odds in favour of him choosing to be with you.
I honestly believe that the foundation of any relationship is trust. You should be able to trust one another in everything and anything. Imagine you telling him your feelings about a topic, or current event and him laughing or just not caring. You’d probably feel angry, or insecure. You would feel as if you couldn’t trust him. Its the same way for him. If he can’t trust you with his feelings, he can’t trust you at all.
Like trust honesty is also an important factor. He can’t commit to some one that isn’t honest with him. A lot of woman will sometimes leave things out. They won’t be honest. They won’t lie but they won’t tell the entire truth. This a problem. If you can’t be honest with each other, then why be together. His mentality will be similar to your alignment on honest and trust issues.
Trust and honesty will go along way. If you can do both then you probably aren’t a control freak. Men have a sense of freedom and independence from day one. They don’t want anyone or anything hindering that; including you. If they believe you’ll take that away you can be sure he won’t commit. You can bypass that by being more carefree. You shouldn’t obligate or force him into anything. The thrill of the unknown, the wanting of honesty, along with trust will do so, so much!
Right about now you should be building more confidence. When you have trust, truth, and excitement you aren’t afraid to show him who you really are. Make sure he knows that you are confident. Some woman are confident but then become completely unconfident when approached by their man. If he’s with you, he is with you for a reason. Take confidence in that and let your beauty shine through!
If you have confidence then you should be mature enough to handle it. Immature woman are unpleasant, annoying, and usually won’t get the commitment they desire. Remember to be mature about things and take the maturity road at all times. If a guy senses your too immature, it signals that you aren’t even ready for a committed relationship so why should he be?
You now have what you’ll need to get him to commit. You can see it doesn’t require a wedding ring, promises, or anything that is actually reassuring. This will all come, I promise. The trust, the spoken truth, and the foundation of love will be enough for him to pop the question sooner or later. Just have patience and keep on loving him.
